Equine Assisted Learning Professional Development

Learn the foundations. Develop your practice. Create meaningful experiences with horses.

At Alkira Adina Equestrian, we believe that horses have the ability to become powerful partners in learning, connection, and personal growth. Through our professional development pathway, we support educators, horse professionals, support workers, and those with a passion for human and horse connection to develop a deeper understanding of Equine Assisted Learning.

This training has been developed by Vanessa Baulderstone, a registered teacher, youth worker, and experienced equine professional with a background in education, disability support, and experiential learning. Drawing on years of hands-on practice delivering educational equine programs, Vanessa brings together the worlds of horses, learning theory, child development, communication, and ethical horsemanship.
