Horsemanship Series

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Membership Terms Note: We allow rescheduling prior to 48 hours of the lesson, however we will need to be contacted directly. This is due to horse and staff scheduling. All lessons must be either prepaid at the time of booking (casual lessons) or secured under an active Lesson Membership. NDIS-funded sessions are invoiced in accordance with NDIS requirements. Ongoing and peak-time lessons are held exclusively via Lesson Membership. If a lesson is not prepaid at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, the Provider may transition the booking to Membership or release the time slot. Failure to pay does not cancel a lesson. Lesson Membership secures a recurring weekly time and includes advance payment. Membership may be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours written notice prior to the next scheduled lesson. Notice given within 48 hours results in that lesson being forfeited. Non-payment or lack of communication may result in the release of the allocated time slot. Memberships may be paused for up to two (2) weeks per calendar year with at least 7 days written notice. Pauses must be taken in full-week blocks, cannot be backdated, and are subject to availability. Membership automatically resumes after the approved pause period. Casual lessons require payment at booking and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the lesson or the session is forfeited. NDIS sessions require 48 hours notice and late cancellations or no-shows are charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines. Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without required notice constitutes a no-show and the full lesson fee is payable or forfeited. If a lesson cannot proceed due to weather, safety, instructor unavailability, or equine welfare, the Provider may reschedule or issue a credit to be applied to the next lesson. Credits are not refundable unless required by law. Public holidays and advertised closure days are not charged. By booking or attending lessons, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
