Expression of Interest – Educators, Youth Workers and families.
This form is an Expression of Interest for educators, youth workers, and community professionals who may wish to refer young people to future funded experiential learning programs.
The programs are delivered through Alkira Adina Equestrian, an experiential learning provider working with children and young people through hands-on, nature-based activities.
Funding and program sponsorship are administered through ELNA, a not-for-profit organisation established to improve access to supportive learning experiences for young people who may otherwise face barriers to participation.
The purpose of this form is to better understand the needs of young people in our community and to help inform future funding applications and program development.
Completing this form does not commit you to referring participants, but it helps us demonstrate community need and build partnerships with schools and youth services.
