Whether you're helping a young learner solve a maths problem alongside their horse buddy, lending your time to tidy the paddocks, or contributing your skills to a new national initiative, every role supports meaningful, hands-on learning experiences for children and young people.

We’re in the exciting early stages of forming Experiential Learning Network Australia — a not-for-profit charity dedicated to making experiential learning more accessible across the country. This new initiative will support educators, families, and communities to deliver creative, inclusive programs that build core skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication through movement, play, and real-world connection. We're currently seeking passionate and purpose-driven individuals aged 18+ to join our founding board. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of hands-on education in Australia from the ground up.

We welcome people from all walks of life who want to make a difference—especially those who understand the value of alternative, experiential learning. Training and support will be provided to help new board members feel confident in their role.
🐴 Volunteer Opportunities

Lesson Support Volunteers (coming soon): Work alongside educators to help support small group learning with children and their equine learning buddies. Volunteers must be 18+, and a love of kids, horses, and inclusive education is essential!

Paddock Clean-Up & Cuppa Crew: Join us once a fortnight for a feel-good session of light paddock clean-up followed by coffee, cake, and good company. Open to anyone who’s old enough to lend a hand. Under 18s are welcome with a supervising adult. It’s a great way to connect with others, care for the animals, and be part of something special.
