Service Description
School Holiday Riding Sessions (45 Minutes) A special, limited-time offering We know things feel a little tighter for many families at the moment, so for these school holidays we’re offering a limited number of 45-minute riding sessions. These sessions are a shorter version of our standard lessons, designed to give riders meaningful time in the saddle while keeping things a little more accessible. Whether it’s your first time meeting a horse or you’re building on existing skills, each session is thoughtfully adapted to suit the rider. There’s still plenty of time for connection, confidence building, and of course… enjoying the ride. This is a special holiday offering only, and places are limited. When you book with us, you can feel confident knowing: • Our horses are calm, kind, and carefully trained • Our instructors are qualified, experienced, and fully insured • Helmets and safety gear are provided • Sessions are adapted to the rider’s goals and comfort level • No prior riding experience is required • Every rider is supported to feel confident and safe Please note, our current weight limit is 85kg.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Membership Terms All lessons must be either prepaid at the time of booking (casual lessons) or secured under an active Lesson Membership. NDIS-funded sessions are invoiced in accordance with NDIS requirements. Ongoing and peak-time lessons are held exclusively via Lesson Membership. If a lesson is not prepaid at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, the Provider may transition the booking to Membership or release the time slot. Failure to pay does not cancel a lesson. Lesson Membership secures a recurring weekly time and includes advance payment. Membership may be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours written notice prior to the next scheduled lesson. Notice given within 48 hours results in that lesson being forfeited. Non-payment or lack of communication may result in the release of the allocated time slot. Memberships may be paused for up to two (2) weeks per calendar year with at least 7 days written notice. Pauses must be taken in full-week blocks, cannot be backdated, and are subject to availability. Membership automatically resumes after the approved pause period. Casual lessons require payment at booking and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the lesson or the session is forfeited. NDIS sessions require 48 hours notice and late cancellations or no-shows are charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines. Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without required notice constitutes a no-show and the full lesson fee is payable or forfeited. If a lesson cannot proceed due to weather, safety, instructor unavailability, or equine welfare, the Provider may reschedule or issue a credit to be applied to the next lesson. Credits are not refundable unless required by law. Public holidays and advertised closure days are not charged. By booking or attending lessons, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
